I love etsy's "quit your day job" articles, which feature sellers that have become so successful through their etsy shop that they are able to do just that- quit their day jobs. They are always so inspiring, and I was absolutely giddy to discover that the most recent article features a seller from Jacksonville, FL!
Dana, who runs dlkdesigns as a one-woman business, makes jewelry of all kinds with vintage maps and books, customizing each piece with a location or phrase that is personal to that customer.
Yankee Stadium Vintage Map Keychain
Vintage Map SS Necklace
Vintage Map SS Cufflinks
I love the idea of giving these as graduation and wedding party gifts, because each piece is so special and will surely be treasured! Thank you to dlkdesigns for inspiring us to some day be able to quit our day jobs and become full-time etsy sellers!

With the backing of American Apparel scrunchies are making a run at a comeback. I remember my first day of school in 3rd grade..yellow tee, acid washed jean skirt, white hightop reeboks, and a bright yellow scrunchie holding up my side ponytail...not sure if I'll be reliving that day anytime soon...what do you think?
